8 Signs They're Into You - How To Read A Relationship

Ok....we have all been there. Are they? Aren't they? Maybe? Maybe not? We get it. Trying to tell if someone likes you or wants to date you for you can be totally agonising - it's true! That's why we have put together some suggestions on what signs to look out for to tell if they're into you. How to read a relationship cn be hard and sometimes you just have to take the plunge and ask...but before you make that move...here is what to look out for:

Body language

You can tell quite a lot by checking out their body language. Mirroring is very common trait...if they mimic your body language it can mean they're trying to connect with you. Leaning in when talking to you and pointing their feet towards you if sitting is a tell tale sign.

That Shy Look 

This is relatively easy to look out for.  It is almost like a 'sweeping look'. If they glance at you, glance away, look back at you again with that glint in the eye... that can be an obvious sign. 

Eye contact

This can be a confusing. Some people consciously maintain eye contact in an almost deliberate attempt to confirm their interest and others find it hard to do so with someone they really like. The extremes in either scenario are a good signs to look for.

Taking the Initiative

If they initiate a conversation, it might not be that they are just looking for someone to talk to and you can sometimes tell by the topic of conversation whether they're making an excuse to single you out. It will often be things they wouldn't necessarily need to ask you, restaurant recommendations or what you like doing at the weekend. They may also ask what your partner is up to to find out whether you have one.

Two Way Conversation  

If a person is not interested, they will broadcast and talk about themselves. If they are feeling it for you, they should  also be asking you questions and responding to your responses.

Coincidence...or not?!

Sometimes a happy coincidence might be more serendipity. If your interest suddenly appears in a place you have mentioned, whether be on your route for a run or make a surprise appearance at your place of work, they could be trying to connect with you …while attempting not to look like a stalker!

Agree & Support 

Do they always support you? If in general conversation they agree with you more often than not or like the same things you do...then this could be another sign. 

A Wink Says More Than A Smile!

If someone smiles a lot when they look at you and connects eye contact with smiling, this usually means they find you attractive. If you notice the odd wink when in conversation...this can show a fond affection. Your interest might also make fun of you and tease you, or try to make you laugh - again all possible signs!

Fidgeting Around

If someone's into you, you probably make them nervous.  Other signs include unexplained laughter, sweaty palms and fidgeting. People like to be in control of their emotions. If they have trouble doing that around you, it's most likely because you make them nervous.
