HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE ONLINE?
Boutique shopping online with Miss Photogenic couldn’t be easier! All you need to do is sit back and browse our online boutique, select the item(s) you wish to purchase, choose your size and then add them to your boutique bag. You do not have to create an account to place an order. Once you have finished perusing, just click checkout! If you have any problems please email our customer service team and we will be delighted to help you.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?
Unfortunately, we currently only offer an online order service.
CAN I PAY WITH A DEBIT CARD?
Yes, all major debit/credit cards are accepted. You can pay by Apple Pay and Paypal too.
WILL MY PURCHASES BE GIFT WRAPPED?
All collections, apart from our Heritage lines, are sent out in a branded courier bag. All orders for our heritage collection are presented in luxury gift boxes and are fully gift wrapped.
DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?
Unfortunately Miss Photogenic® is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Miss Photogenic®. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office.
WHAT DOES PAYMENT REVIEW MEAN?
If your order has gone into payment review, it means the order may have failed. If money has been taken from your account and you have not received a order confirmation email, please contact us as soon as you can
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details as our team will have already started processing your order
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
To make sure you receive your items fast, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?
We apologise that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. We will do our best to resolve this for you.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
You can be assured that shopping with Miss Photogenic® is safe! We are verified providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
