Boutique shopping online with Miss Photogenic couldn’t be easier! All you need to do is sit back and browse our online boutique, select the item(s) you wish to purchase, choose your size and then add them to your boutique bag. You do not have to create an account to place an order. Once you have finished perusing, just click checkout! If you have any problems please email our customer service team and we will be delighted to help you.

Unfortunately, we currently only offer an online order service.

Yes, all major debit/credit cards are accepted. You can pay by Apple Pay and Paypal too.

All our collections arrive in our Look Photogenic Courier Bags. 

Unfortunately Miss Photogenic® is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Miss Photogenic®. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office.

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details as our team will have already started processing your order

To make sure you receive your items fast, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.

We apologise that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please send us an email with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and attach a photo of the item with any further details within 48 hours of receipt and our team will assist you.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item through our return portal and place a new order to receive the item of your choice.

As soon as we receive your order back we get to work on processing your return and issuing your refund back to the original payment method used when placing the order. We will send you an email as soon as we have processed your refund. All shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, it will not include the cost of your shipping.
