HOW CAN I MAKE A PURCHASE ONLINE?
Boutique shopping online with Miss Photogenic couldn’t be easier! All you need to do is sit back and browse our online boutique, select the item(s) you wish to purchase, choose your size and then add them to your boutique bag. You do not have to create an account to place an order. Once you have finished perusing, just click checkout! If you have any problems please email our customer service team and we will be delighted to help you.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?
Unfortunately, we currently only offer an online order service.
CAN I PAY WITH A DEBIT CARD?
Yes, all major debit/credit cards are accepted.
WILL MY PURCHASES BE GIFT WRAPPED?
Most definitely yes! We feel the presentation of our garments/products is incredibly important so your lingerie/nightwear/swimwear will be presented in one of our beautiful branded black and gold presentation boxes wrapped in gold tissue to ensure you feel truly special about your purchase. This service is complimentary to all online customers regardless of how many garments you buy. We also offer this service with all Sale items within a sale period.
Don’t worry, we won’t spoil your surprise if this is a gift, as the presentation box will be placed in an unbranded plain box for delivery!
When buying any 5 beauty items or more from our website they will also come beautifully wrapped in one of our branded black and gold boxes wrapped in gold tissue.

We ship with Royal Mail and other courier services for the UK/Ireland and International Countries.
DO YOU OFFER A FREE DELIVERY SERVICE?
We offer a Free standard delivery service on all orders in the UK for orders over £250.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! We will ship to anywhere in the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, Far East and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £500. Please see our DELIVERY AND RETURNS page for more information.
HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM?
We do apologise if you have received the wrong item in error. Please email CUSTOMER SERVICES quoting your full name, order number, details of the item and whether you would like a refund or a replacement. Please note that garments can only be refunded if the tag and security tag have not been removed.
I AM HAVING TROUBLE PLACING AN ORDER?
Sometimes things do go wrong with internet browsers. Please close your browser and try again. If you are still having problems please contact our customer services team.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
All Miss Photogenic Lingerie and Nightwear is hand made with dedication and love in the United Kingdom using the finest materials, silks and laces.
Silk is one of the most luxurious natural fibres in the world. The weaving of this fabric may contain minor variations and irregularities due to its natural properties. These are the characteristics that give silk its fine texture and should not be treated as defects.
We do pride ourselves on our quality, care and attention to detail here at Miss Photogenic. On the very rare occasion that this should happen, please email CUSTOMER SERVICES and we will arrange for you to send the items back to us for inspection and we can then replace your garment(s)
I CAN’T FIND MY LINGERIE OR NIGHTWEAR SIZE ONLINE?
We currently supply Bras from size 32B to 36F and Nightwear from UK Size 6 to Size 16 (Please see OUR SIZE CHARTS for more detail).
We understand how frustrating it is if your size appears out of stock when browsing a boutique, our website allows you to make a 'Back Order' when your chosen item is back in stock. This obviously will not apply to any form of sale item or promotion. Due to the high demand of our goods and the bespoke manufacturing of these luxury garments, we regret that sometimes we cannot always replenish stock as quickly as we would like to.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE A BACK ORDER?
When you make an order using our 'Back Order' facility, you are reserving your chosen item from our next delivery of stock. We always aim to fulfil the order within 8 weeks. If for some reason this cannot be achieved a full refund will be issued automatically and you will need to re order the item when it becomes available.
