Returns

We offer FREE RETURNS for UK customers however you must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us.

Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and unwashed. 

Beauty products, thongs and briefs cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons. Bras, suspenders and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed. 

Items must have all tags attached. 

We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but on occasions it may take up to 10 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 21 days of returning the item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage information and carrier receipt and we will check this out for you.

This does not effect your statutory rights.
